Formality of payment:

The payment must have effected with credit transfer. (No Credit cards)

50% of the price as deposit upon booking. Balance 15 days before the arrival.

Security of European 300 to be poured cash to the arrival, the departure will be returned to, possible damages excepted.

In case of cancellation within 15 days of arrival: refund of 75% of Balance

In case of cancellation within one week 50% refund of the balance.

Animals of small ransom are approved.

The prices include all the consumptions (light, water, gas, conditioned air e/o heating), bed linen for bath, for swimming pool and for kitchen (weekly cleaning), dishes, glasses, pot and cutlery, and final cleaning. Use of the swimming pool: open since May 1 to September 30, technical support and maintenance, absence of overseeing
